Utah Rain Chains
Rain chains are a decorative alternative to a downspout. They are a creative and artistic way to transport rainwater from your rain gutter to the ground or into a drain or storage container. At Ace Gutter, we offer a variety of rain chains beginning with a standard steel chain to much more elaborate chains that are individually hand crafted with intricate patterns to enhance the look of any home.
Our rain chains are made from various materials including pure copper which will age beautifully overtime, and zinc plated steel which won’t rust and provide a solid, clean look. Check out our photo gallery below!

Double Loops
These are 2″ double loops. They are made of pure copper. The unfinished copper will age beautifully over time.
Steel Chain
This is a standard steel chain. It is meant to rust.
Zinc Plated Steel
This chain is zinc plated so it won’t rust. It is meant to stay clean.
Cups
Flared Aluminum Cups
An aluminum flared cup design. The sides are hand hammered for a beautiful effect. Lightweight and strong, this chain will last for many years.
Copper Cups
These are pure copper bell cups. They feature a folded lip at the top (for stiffness) and hand hammered accents. With a 1″ opening in the bottom of each cup, they will handle all waterflow conditions.
Scallop Cups
This is the largest cup style rain chain – each cup is over 4 inches across by 5 1/2 inches in length! This rainchain will handle heavy waterflow conditions. The pure unfinished copper will age to a lovely green patina over time.
Shizuka Cup
Made of pure copper, the cups will acquire a beautiful patina over time. You’ll enjoy the soothing sounds of water flowing through the cups every time it rains.
Square Cups
Square Cups are pre-aged and have a reddish streaking, a beautiful effect. Individually crafted by hand, each side is welded by hand to the next . Not a patina coating, the torch itself causes this pre-aged effect.
Designs
Cast Flower
These exclusively designed, premier cups are breathtaking! The casting process gives uthem the ability to add so much more detail to the surface. Beautiful vein patterns decorate both outer and inner surfaces. Cast in pure brass, each piece is finished with a hand-applied patina finish, giving a gorgeous aged look.
Iron Flower
A classic flared design in a hand finished iron cup. Iron is very stiff and far less expensive than copper, with a hand-applied bronze finish.
Please Note: Iron will rust. We do not guarantee the product against rust, corrosion, pitting, staining and changes to the finish over time. If you are uncomfortable with the product rusting and possibly not lasting as long as copper would, please purchase with these details in mind.
Fancy Koi Fish
A pure copper cup fashioned into a fancy koi fish, an expresssion of Japanese tradition. Precision laser cuts are made to add detail to the fins and gills.
Lotus
To hold this in your hands is to feel the weight of the extra thick copper flowers and cast brass diamonds. This chain makes a beautiful bubbling sound as water spills down through it!
Pineapple
This chain is a playful rendition of the pineapple! Large leaves ring the top of the hand-tooled cup.
